YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I’m Charlie Fudge—a Trevello advisor since March 2017. My IT career began back in 1995, providing technical support to internet customers, and has since grown through a wide range of technology roles.
I teach practical workflows I actually use with real travel-agent work: turning a client wish list into a shortlist, understanding reviews, adding live pricing, producing polished proposals, and keeping the human judgment where it belongs.
When Charlie started supporting internet clients, most people connected through slow, noisy dial-up modems, web pages were tiny by today’s standards, and Google didn’t exist.
